Help Wanted - Volunteers Needed!

 

 

 

Membership Chair - The chair maintains records of the membership of the Society.  He or she processes all membership registration forms, creates nametags, and submit any dues received to the Treasurer. The chair collects attendance data from society groups.  He or she reports this data to the board.  The chair notifies members of their membership renewal status in December, January, and February of each year.  He or she supports new members as needed.  Time committment:  4 to 6 hours per month.

 

WCGS University Coordinator - The coordinator schedules speakers for our monthly WCGS University classes. This person is not required to give any presentations.  We have three speakers from within the society that present a variety of topics regularly.. WCGS University will be offered via Zoom.  Time commitment: 2 to 3 hours per month.

 

Zoom Co-hosts for Thursday Monthly Meetings - With our hybrid meetings it is helpful to have one or two people participating via Zoom to allow people in to the meeting and monitor the background noise from other Zoom participants.  You will not be required to attend a set number of meetings.  Time commitment 1 hour 45 minutes per month.
